Shipping policy

Delivery is completed within 1–4 business days across Jordan, depending on the destination. A standard delivery fee of 2 JOD applies to all orders below the free‑delivery threshold. Orders that qualify for free delivery will have the fee automatically removed at checkout. If any item arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, we will replace it at no additional cost once a photo is provided within 24 hours of delivery.
