Returns are accepted within 2 days of receiving your order, and only for products that are completely sealed and in their original condition. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on herbs, blends, loose teas, or any opened or unsealed items.

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we will replace it for you at no additional cost. All approved refunds are issued as store credit.
